An avatar made using GIMP 2, starting with a scan of a photo of one of my artworks.
This picture was made completely using GIMP 2, with heavy use of the filters.
This is, of course, a variation on the previous picture, with more filters and some transparency. The previous image is a JPEG, but this one is a PNG to maintain the transparency.
